Plumber Jailed For Sextortion

In a shocking case of sextortion, a 26-year-old plumber and hairstylist, Philip Spain Narh, has been sentenced to 12 years in prison for sexually exploiting a 19-year-old Senior High School leaver.

Narh’s web of deceit involved posing as a female German American philanthropist on social media, promising to help the victim achieve her dreams of becoming a web developer.

The victim, who was introduced to Narh through a mutual friend on Telegram, was unaware that she was communicating with a man.

Narh, using the pseudonym Sharon Stuttgart Woods, created a false impression of being a wealthy and influential individual who could assist the victim in achieving her goals.

He promised to help her travel abroad to study at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

However, Narh’s true intentions were far from altruistic.

He coerced the victim into having sex with him, recording the encounter and using it to blackmail her.

The victim was forced to have anal and oral sex with Narh twice a month, under the threat of having the sex video leaked online.

The victim’s ordeal began in December 2020, when Narh arranged to meet her at a hotel in Dodowa.

However, he sent her a text message, claiming that he had been summoned for an urgent meeting and asked her to wait at a different location.

Unknown to the victim, the location was Narh’s own residence, where he forced her to have sex with him.

The victim reported the incident to the police, who arrested Narh and retrieved his mobile phones, containing the victim’s nude photos and sex videos.

Narh was charged with seven counts of sexual extortion, non-consensual sharing of intimate images, publication or sale of obscene material, and unlawful possession of narcotic drugs.
