President John Mahama is set to meet with Christian leaders in Kumasi on Sunday, March 2, 2025, in a show of appreciation for their support during the 2024 elections.
The event, scheduled to take place at the Great Hall of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), aims to foster collaboration between the government and Christian leaders for Ghana’s progress.
According to Calistus Mahama, Secretary to the President, the gathering is a gesture of gratitude for the Christian leadership’s prayers and support before, during, and after the 2024 elections.
The event is expected to bring together ministers, deputies, and appointees, who will engage in discussions with Christian leaders.
